FooDiva Launches Dine Around Dubai Experiences

The ProChef Middle East awards 'Food Ambassador' accolade to FooDiva

For the first time in Dubai, dine around experiences taking in the emirate's top-end restaurants all in one evening are now live for booking. Curated by Samantha Wood, founder of the award-winning FooDiva restaurant review website (www.foodiva.net), the intimate dining experience themed 'Fun is the new fine dining' offers guests the opportunity to taste hand-picked dishes from five restaurants, each offering a different course and cuisine.

The chefs are on hand to explain the dishes, whilst FooDiva shares platefuls of insider tips and fun, food wisdom. All courses are paired with wine courtesy of MMI. Restaurants are in close proximity, either a short walk, or with a private car transfer. The next experience takes place on November 17th and is bookable on social concierge site, Lime & Tonic here(www.limeandtonic.com/dubai/en/events.php) with monthly events moving forward.

Furthermore, FooDiva continues her award-winning streak with a fifth honour, collecting the 'Food Ambassador' accolade at The ProChef Middle East 2014 Awards last week for raising regional and global awareness of the UAE's maturing restaurant and chef scene.

"I was getting enquiries to run restaurant tours so I started to organise one-off tailored experiences for individuals or small groups. This prompted me to develop a regular series of dine arounds in Dubai with different themes that any resident or visitor with an interest in food can sign up for through Lime & Tonic. It's really about showcasing the crème de la crème of Dubai's dining scene with restaurants, that I feel, should be on everyone's bucket list.
