First Time Buyer Readers' Awards 2016 Now Open For Entries

The First Time Buyer Reader's Awards 2016 are now open for nominations. The 7th annual awards, to be hosted by TV celebrity Nicki Chapman, are now inviting companies and property related professionals who offer products to first time buyers to put their services and quality to the test. This year the prestigious industry awards have several new categories to add to their entry pack including; best online portal, best mortgage lender and best property news supplement.

Lynda Clark, editor of First Time Buyer Magazine comments: “We are very excited to be launching our awards for the seventh year running. Unique to the industry they are not only professionally judged by industry experts, but they are also voted by our readers and real first time buyers. Growing on the success of previous awards, this year we have several exciting new categories, further allowing more companies the chance to shout about their contribution to the first time buyer market.”

This year, along with the most popular categories of best apartment and best private developer, there will be several new awards designed to respond to the changing market. These include; best family home, best apartment, best online portal, best mortgage lender and best property news supplement.

Lynda adds: “Our awards offer a reliable source of help to first time buyers proactively looking to buy their first home, whether they are a young family looking for a home or simply trying to secure the best mortgage available. The market can be a confusing place when buying a property for the first time but by highlighting the very best products available, as judged by and panel of independent judges and readers, the home buying journey can be made a little bit easier.”

The shortlisted categories will be then be available to vote through the First Time Buyer Magazine and website in February/March edition and votes will close on April 10th. The awards ceremony where all the winners will be announced will take place at the Waldorf Hotel on the Aldwych, London on Friday 22nd April 2016.
