Counsl's mission is to create a platform where everybody can have access to the relevant tools they require to create a Will, without hidden cost, hidden extras and at an affordable price. Counsl, through its website Counsl.co.uk achieves this by offering a platform that completely re-writes the Will creation process.

What types of Wills do we offer Clients?

Counsl offers a bespoke Will drafting service, we are not selling our Clients a standard template, nor a template created by a piece of software. Rather at Counsl we focus on creating a tailor made Will that is suitable for our Client’s specific circumstances.

All our wills are drafted by experienced solicitors¹, so our Client’s always have peace of mind that their requirements are always documented by qualified professionals.

We create Wills for a variety of different individuals with naturally varying requirements, for example, those who are single, married, living with a partner, divorced, separated, those with children, those without children, Will Trusts etc.

How much are our Wills?

We are the cheapest online Will service and only charge £15 for a Single Will and £25 for Couples Wills.

Why are our Prices so much lower?

We believe that many other services have provided a barrier to people and that they are simply too expensive. This unfortunately results in people passing away without having made a Will. So, we feel our prices aren’t actually low, but are priced fairly to help make creating a Will a (financially) stress free process.

How do Clients create a Will with us?

We have a quick 3 step process:

Step 1: Complete our Questionnaire (Clients fill in a Questionnaire).

Step 2: Choose the type of Will (our experts will then prepare the Will for our Clients).

Step 3: Print and sign

Our team are available throughout the entire process to help our Clients with any issues they may have.

Who are Counsl?

Sadly, we are all going to pass away, however many people do so without being able to afford a way in which to protect all of the things they have worked so hard to earn in life, nor will they be able to decide who can continue to enjoy those things, when they are no longer here.
