Chuc's Bar & Grill Open Fourth London Restaurant in Serpentine Galleries.

News provided by Smart Hospitality Supplies on Wednesday 18th Apr 2018

Chuc's Bar & Grill have launched a new restaurant in the Serpentine Gallery. The new venture will be Chuc's fourth London site and comes just a couple of months after their latest opening in Harrod's.

Chuc's new restaurant launched in 'The Magazine', Zara Hadid's landmark extension to the Serpentine Sackler Gallery on the 7th of April. The news comes with a rapid turnaround, having only opened their new restaurant in Harrod's Knightsbridge just 8 weeks prior to the new launch.

The restaurant is set within the impressive architecture of the Serpentine Gallery. However, it is still the Chuc's many know and love. Bringing with them some of their favourite dishes, like the extremely popular Cobb Salad, Bigoli Cacio e Pepe, and wafer-thin Chicken Paillard, along with their unmistakeable branding and design features. Maintaining their light and airy 'yacht' feel, Chuc's have continued to make the detailing continuous throughout their restaurants. Their regal blue seating matches in perfectly with the bespoke menu covers and menu boards hand made by Smart Hospitality Supplies, as can be seen throughout their venues.

Diners at the new restaurant won't only be met with familiarities, however, Chuc's have strived to make each restaurant unique and have added some considered touches to their Serpentine Restaurant. Group Head Chef, Carlos Martinez, and Executive Chef, Alessandro Verdenelli, have worked on creating some exciting new dishes. These include Pastarelle fritti, macadamia and dried fruit salsa for breakfast and pea & mint risotto with Reggiano and micro watercress or green harissa lamb rump, mint gel and cucumber for lunch. An ever-changing wine list will be the perfect accompaniment to this menu, focusing on seasonal old world and new world offerings. Diners can also choose from a takeaway menu, allowing them to enjoy their delicious food in the surrounding Kensington Gardens.

Yana Peel, CEO of the Serpentine Galleries, London, said: “I am a great fan of Chucs both in Mayfair and Notting Hill. The food always hits the spot with friends and family; we felt the timeless style of the brand would perfectly enhance this extraordinary building.”

The 86-seater restaurant is open from 9am until the evening, 7 days a week. Diners can enjoy a £25 three-course set menu along with some children's classics and homemade ice creams and cocktails.
