Calm Drinks launches new CBD Infused Cold Brew Coffee

Calm has just released a new range of cold brew coffee drinks that are infused with 10mg of CBD (Cannabidiol) per can.

The range currently consists of two flavours, firstly an Americano which uses 100% Arabica Brazilian coffee beans, with hints of vanilla and toffee and secondly a Caffe Latte which uses gluten-free oat milk. 

By using a dairy-free alternative, Calm Coffee has ensured that its drinks are vegan, and lower in sugar, fat and calorie content. Additionally this helps to keep its products more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Cold Brew Coffee has seen a large growth in popularity over the past 18 months. Originally started in the United States, it has become more mainstream in the UK, with large high street brands like Costa and Starbucks launching their own ranges. Where Calm differ in their approach is by adding CBD to their drinks. As with cold brew, the use of CBD has had a meteoric rise in use and popularity in the UK, with reports saying it now outsells Vitamin C and Vitamin D combined.
