Call SocialBox.Biz for Refugee Week and beyond

This Refugee Week 17 - 23 June 2024, UK-based SocialBox.Biz, a community interest company with a tech focus, is celebrating ten years of impact. The organization was started by a former child refugee with the goal of using reused and old donated equipment to assist underprivileged individuals in learning IT skills. In order to reach more organizations willing to donate their unwanted IT equipment before scrap recycling, the initiative is expanding its efforts. Contributions support elderly pensioners, homeless people moving into permanent housing, and refugees integrating into British society.

In addition, this week is World Environment Day, which encourages environmental action and awareness. It is observed on June 5 of each year. SocialBox.Biz and its partners celebrated with a substantial reusable tech collection from the offices of MadiganGill, a construction company located in central London.
