The acquisition brings Monadd’s trusted address-update and service-notification technology into the Bunch platform, strengthening the end-to-end automation of household administration.

LONDON, 6 January 2026 — Bunch, the UK’s leading bill management platform for renters, today announced its acquisition of Monadd, the address-management infrastructure used to automatically update providers, subscriptions, and services when people move home.

Bunch now reaches more than one in three renters in the UK through exclusive distribution partnerships and deep integrations across the country's major proptech platforms. The company has experienced 400% growth over the past eight months, driven by partnership expansion across the UK's proptech ecosystem and increased demand for automated household management solutions
