Bellway Launches New Homes At Wellesley, Aldershot

The first of 3,850 new homes at Wellesley, Aldershot will be released to the market next month by Bellway Homes, marking a significant milestone in the ambitious regeneration of former Garrison site. The landmark scheme to create a vibrant new district in the town will deliver much-needed quality new homes, schools, community amenities, improved transport and pedestrian links, and green open spaces. This eagerly-anticipated first development, Wellington Gardens, will include 228 homes, the first tranche of which will be released for sale on 4th July.

Bellway will release a selection of well-designed four and five bed detached homes and townhouses for sale, from its Wellington Gardens development, along Queen's Avenue and Hope Grant's Road. This first phase takes its name from the 1st Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley, whose monument can be seen at the site. Offering three distinct styles - the five-bedroom, three-storey Arnhem, the four-bedroom, three-storey Blenheim and four-bedroom two-storey Duchess house types - are set along tree-lined avenues, and are ideal for growing families, featuring generous living rooms, open-plan kitchen dining areas, and private gardens.

House-hunters are invited to visit the new marketing suite, off Queen's Avenue, from 10am on Saturday 4th July, to get their first glimpse of the Wellesley development, and the new homes, which are now well under construction, and due for completion this autumn.

Wellington Gardens will offer a range of eleven different house types in this first phase, including one and two bedroom apartments, one bedroom maisonettes, and three, four and five bedroom houses and townhouses, to ensure an attractive mix of property types to meet the needs of local buyers, from first-timers, to downsizers.
