News provided by Aucoda on Friday 14th Mar 2014
Aucoda the next software generation platform which automates the generation of code enabling businesses to write, manage, change and deploy software to Web, Mobile and Legacy - launches an 'at risk' proof of concept service.
Manchester based Cara Digital the company behind Aucoda has today, 13th march 2014, launched an 'at risk' proof of concept service. Aucoda's mission is to help businesses reduce their application and integration development cycle times by using a new approach to writing software. To prove our point we are enabling businesses to use our platform to rapidly create proof of concepts (POC's) at our risk. These POC's can be endpoints for consulting projects or can be used tactically to prove integration or services from legacy systems.
The service aims to prove our new approach to software generation to new customers through the rapid creation, in weeks not months, of usable, licensed POC solutions. POC’s will be used as endpoints for consulting projects or product development activities, changing the way that consultants engage with their clients. Or for Tactical Integrations providing services whilst strategic projects are underway allowing CIO's to deliver short term benefits for their businesses.
Stuart Melhuish CEO stated "CIO's and Consultants are often hamstrung by their traditional process or by their commitment to large all encompassing projects our approach will allow them to break the mould; or to just act tactically delivering some short term wins to their businesses with real services utilising existing systems, delivering services to customers, you only pay when you accept the solution so we prove our point".
Aucoda is already live with a number of blue chip UK companies helping them reduce their application and development times. The product which utilises its own simple english development language AU,that enables non technical staff to describe their application problem. The platform then uses the description to auto generate 1000's of lines of code creating Applications, Integrations and Web and Mobile Applications at the same time. The platform then enables those staff to manage change, test and deploy through a simple configuration interface.
Aucoda is part of the latest wave of software platforms using automatic coding principles through the use of domain specific languages to auto generate software. The POC service is open to selected companies.
