Asset Protection Group acquires ADJ Fire & Security, expanding its capabilities in the Fire & Security sector in the UK

Asset Protection Group (APG) has completed the acquisition of ADJ Fire & Security, strengthening its position as the go to provider of security and fire life-safety services across the UK.

Founded in 2014, based in Bolton, ADJ Fire & Security is an established brand delivering a full suite of fire detection, CCTV, intruder alarm, access control and fire extinguisher solutions to commercial, industrial and residential clients. 

With ADJ’s experienced team of national engineers and a well-established customer base, APG will further enhance its ability to provide end-to-end compliance, protection and support across multiple sectors, from national multi-site operators to SMEs.

The move facilitates the further growth of the APG footprint in the fire and security sector and progresses its goal to be a leading provider in the compliance sector.
