Another first for PFS with the launch of the first MasterCard® prepaid card in Finland - Airopay

London, 21 August 2014: Prepaid Financial Services (PFS) is proud to announce the launch of the Airopay card, the first prepaid MasterCard in Finland. As the card is MasterCard branded it works at all Finnish retail locations wherever MasterCard is accepted.

• The card is Euro currency

• The card is available to members of the public who can order from the website

• The card is specifically aimed at loan pay-outs – fast and efficient way to receive your loan

• Can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted

• Cardholders can load directly and instantly from a bank account using several Finnish banks

• Card can be loaded by debit card

“We are delighted to launch yet another first for PFS and MasterCard in the prepaid space. This is now the 18^th European country where our products and services are sold.

PFS can act as the Issuer or as the program manager for the bank or partner, which speeds up their entry into the market place. This is the first product launched on our new Multi Lingual platform and takes advantage of the PFS Middleware enabling programs to utilise our multi lingual capability through our SMS Gateway, IVR, cardholder portal and mobile Apps”

He went on to add “we were delighted to have been chosen by Airopay to partner with on this project. We are often first to market in various countries and 2014 will see PFS launching approximately 50 new programs for clients across Europe”.
