It has recently been announced by Broadland District Council that 3500 new houses are to be built to the north of Norwich which will have a very positive impact on Norwich as a whole. Because part of the plans involve two new primary schools, a health centre, a library, many new cafes, pubs and shops amongst other amenities this can only spell good news for the city of Norwich, and it is also a good indication that things are on the up when it comes to the local economy. Work will begin next year and it is hoped that the houses will be ready for occupation by the spring of 2016.
