Garuda Indonesia is offering discounted fares for travel periods between now and Spring 2016 to numerous destinations in Indonesia. Valid on travel between 11 August and 12 December 2015 and 01 January to 29 February 2016, fares start from just £461 return to Jakarta, including taxes.

Other destinations within the promotion include: Bali from £467return; Lombok from £465 return; and Yogyakarta from £465return. The routes take advantage of Garuda Indonesia's domestic network of 53 domestic destinations that seamlessly link with the airline's London Gatwick to Jakarta route.

Take in the cultural and surfing Legian Beach Festival on Bali in August or walk up Mount Rinjani and head to the majestic Sindang Gila Waterfall in Lombok. For exploring Indonesia's rich and varied history, Yogyakarta on Java island, is home to a number of museums and galleries including the Affandi Museum and Tembi cultural centre where the cultures of the Javanese can be explored.
