On 19 January and 8 February 2024, two press releases were written by an individual called Greg Lindberg and published on Pressat. The press releases had falsely alleged that Cap10 Partners LLP had perpetrated a fraud and unlawful conspiracy in an attempt to take over UKAT, a UK-based addiction treatment company.
Cap10 Partners LLP has assured us, and we accept, that the allegations contained in these press releases were entirely untrue. We apologise unreservedly to Cap10 and its partners for the distress and embarrassment caused by these publications.
