Music4Children,
a charity dedicated to empowering young people in the UK and beyond,
has received a National Lottery award from The National Lottery
Community Fund. The grant will enable the organisation to expand its
delivery programme in Streatham and reach even more young people in
need.
"We
are thrilled to receive this grant and extremely grateful to
the Community Fund and National Lottery players for
their generous support," said
Gavin Watts, a trustee of
Music4Children. "This funding will allow us to scale our impact
and provide critical resources to even more of the young people who need it so much."
Music4Children
was founded 18 years ago with the mission of using creativity to help young people
overcome adversity and achieve their full potential. Through a
variety of programmes and initiatives, the charity provides support
and resources to young people from all walks of life, including those
facing financial hardship, social isolation, and other challenges.
With the new grant funding, Music4Children plans to expand its programmes and services, which will include:
"We
know that young people are facing unprecedented challenges right now,
and we are more committed than ever to supporting them," said
Mr Watts.
"With this grant, we can make an even greater impact and empower
more young people to reach their full potential."
Music4Children
has already helped countless young people across the UK and around the world,
and with the new grant funding the charity is poised to make an even
greater impact in the years to come.
