The sixth annual awards ceremony is expected to be attended by the charity's Patron and his wife, Lord and Lady Astor of Hever DL.

“For the sixth year in a row, the Soldiering On Awards not only enable us to publicly repay a great debt of gratitude to Servicemen and women, their families and those who support them," said Lord Astor. “They also keep front of mind the strong bond between the Services and civilian life as well as how we can learn from each other as we continue to work together for many years to come for the good of society as a whole."

Once again, the prestigious judging panel for the awards will be led by General the Lord Dannatt.

“It is my privilege to again chair the Soldiering On Awards Panel of Judges in 2016. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate both individuals and organisations. Please consider nominating those in our community who deserve our recognition and thanks."
