We are hosting a weekend press trip on behalf of VisitBrighton as we really want to highlight what a gastro hub the city is becoming. The dates are 24 - 26 January.
Highlights on the itinerary include
- Accommodation at Vine Street Studios, luxury flats
- An authentic Indian cookery lesson from Indian Summer
- A tour and wine tasting at Ridgeview vineyard
- A molecular mixology class and cocktail tasting
The itinerary is looking great and it will be a long weekend of fantastic eating and drinking! What is of interest as well is that Sussex is becoming a serious contender in the wine industry, and we are seeing quality restaurants opening in the city, such as the brand new 64 degrees which has been getting rave reviews.
