Jon Rosser appointed CEO World Child Cancer

Jon Rosser, currently Consultant and Interim Emergency Response Manager at Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO), has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of World Child Cancer.

Jon is an experienced chief executive, consultant, interim manager and coach with twenty years experience as a senior executive.

He has extensive experience in running organisations and managing change and growth, as well as a number of years experience in international development at a senior level with VSO, Save the Children and Merlin particularly focussed on developing health programmes.

Commenting on the appointment, World Child Cancer UK Chairman, Anu Vedi said "We are delighted to welcome Jon to the World Child Cancer Team. He has a strong background in development and a real drive for improving access to better healthcare in developing countries. I am confident that his expertise and commitment will really benefit our work, and enable us to expand our services to reach even more children with cancer."

Jon will be based in Vauxhall, London at the World Child Cancer offices and his appointment is effective from 21 September 2015.
