CEO at Goldstream Incorporated Dan Coolican has been left feeling
inspired by the winners at the 2017 Black Tie Awards Gala - the sales
and marketing industries version of the Oscars.

The 2017 awards ceremony took place on Saturday, May 20th at the
5-star Grosvenor House Hotel, located on the world-famous Park Lane.
Entrepreneurs and business owners from all over the world travelled
to the UK’s capital to attend the most eagerly anticipated event of
the year. Presenters on the night included some of the most
high-profile industry figures from the US, Australia and South
Africa.


During the awards ceremony, Mr Coolican watched on as some of his
peers took to the stage to receive accolades including; ‘Rookie
Business Owner of the Year’, ‘Business Partner of the Year’,
‘Recruiter of the Year’, ‘Top Sales, ‘Most Improved Business
Owner’, ‘Comeback Business Owner of the Year’, and the coveted
‘Business Owner of the Year’.


“Watching people I know and look up to collecting awards for their
hard work and efforts was really inspirational. I know how hard
they’ve worked over the last twelve months and to be recognised
with an award at the industries biggest night must have been an
incredible feeling,” commented Mr Coolican.


After the awards ceremony was over, attendees had the opportunity to
socialise and network as the evening's entertainment got underway. Mr
Coolican reached out to a number of the award winners, setting up
follow-up calls and visits to help Goldstream Incorporated achieve
their goals for 2017 and be among the award winners at next year's
event.


One common denominator that has dictated all of Mr Coolican’s
successes to date, is people. The entrepreneur and business owner
believes there is an unlimited wealth that is undervalued in the
relationships that people forge, both personally and professionally.
Mr Coolican argues that a person’s network determines their growth
and development.


“I am a firm believer that you become who you surround yourself
with, and in business, it’s vital to surround yourself with people
who force you to level up. I am making it my primary objective to get
to build a relationship with every award winner, and gain their
advice and guidance to improve myself and my business,” said Mr
Coolican.
