Leading national problem gambling support charity GamCare will be addressing international audiences at the second World Regulatory Briefing on Responsible Gambling Innovation in London on 8th September.
The event aims to help shape the future of responsible gambling through data analytics, technological innovation and industry collaboration and will bring together an international working group from key operators, regulators and associations to continue the discussion around responsible gambling.
Participants will share and benchmark best practice and create implementable solutions to driving responsible gambling innovation and create a positive social impact.
Dirk Hansen, CEO at GamCare, will take part in a panel discussing the benefits of intervention vs. interaction for player protection, and Stella Dalton, Head of Education and Prevention at GamCare, will participate in a panel exploring the lessons learned from trialling new self-exclusion schemes.
Dirk says: “We are better informed than ever about the risks associated with gambling, and how problems can arise. We are seeing real advances in how gambling operators respond to individuals at risk, and how positive structural measures designed to protect players are being implemented. This event is a great example of collaboration to make a positive impact for players.”
