Fairfields Farm Expands Range With New Chorizo & Tomato Crisps

Bringing a new flavour to its range for spring, artisan crisp maker is excited to announce the launch of Chorizo and Tomato, a smoky and spicy crisp that offers a taste of the Mediterranean but uses all-British ingredients.

Using its home-grown potatoes, chorizo sourced from local supplier the Suffolk Salami Company and the sweet flavour of sun-ripened British tomatoes, each bag of Chorizo and Tomato crisps is packed with provenance.

"It's been a while since we added a flavour to our range of artisan crisps," says Fairfields Farm Crisps founder and potato farmer, Robert Strathern, "but the flavour of chorizo is so popular right now that we felt the time was right to create a flavour that's fitting of the warmer weather. It's definitely one to enjoy with a cold glass of British wine in the summer!"

Produced in Colchester, Essex, Fairfields Farm Crisps use only the finest-quality potatoes grown on the farm before being sliced, cooked and packed in the purpose-built crisp factory only metres from the fields. These crisps boast the lowest food miles possible, but the best flavour you can hope for!
