Dreyfus is pleased to announce that it was selected to dispose of a real estate portfolio for a Chinese tech billionaire. The portfolio is owed in excess of $1.5 billion USD and includes properties in Europe and Australia. Dreyfus will act as a consultant in the disposition of the portfolio and will oversee the management of the funds after the sale. The properties, for the most part, are not levered and have a small mortgage on some of them.
Proceeds are estimated to be $1.4 billion USD. Mr Tan Lee of Hong Kong represented Dreyfus.

Combined with acquisitions in Asia and Europe, Dreyfus has had a hectic year with further acquisitions and exits in progress."
