Complete One MD attends County Championships at Lord’s

Managing Director at Newcastle-based event marketing firm, Complete One, had a great experience at Lord’s recently, watching Warwickshire take on Middlesex in the County Championships.

After bidding to win the VIP day at Lord’s during a Charity silent auction at the 2017 Black Tie Awards Gala back in July, Mr Lowes took his Dad, along with one of the firm’s top performers to attend the event. Before the match took place, Mr Lowes and his guests had the opportunity to tour the ground. Lord’s is a world-famous cricket ground, unlike any other. Steeped in history, attractions in the museum included Denis Compton’s knee-cap, sculptures of WG Grace and the famous Ashes Urn, the symbol of one of sport’s greatest rivalries. After touring the museum and library, taking in the history, Mr Lowes took his seat in the box to watch the match between Middlesex and Warwickshire with Warwickshire getting their first win of the season.
