The Complaints Commissioner has today published her final report from her investigation into complaints received from investors into oversight by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) into London Capital & Finance Plc (LCF).
The Commissioner expects to receive the FCA’s response to the Commissioner’s Final Report and her recommendations by 15 March 2022.
