Feb. 21, 2014 – Coventry, UK. FindEmployment - the global recruitment network - celebrates reaching the milestone of 1 million job seeker registrations. FindEmployment is a pioneering multichannel employment platform with a vast and rapidly growing audience. In today’s competitive and demanding recruitment market, the FindEmployment Network thrives by differentiating its services and giving candidates a competitive edge.

The Growth in Numbers
Given the current recession and adverse job market conditions that hit Europe and the U.S., job seekers turned to FindEmployment to search for jobs globally and boost their career prospects. FindEmployment is increasingly seen as a trustworthy and handy platform for job seekers around the world.

The Network has taken social media by storm exceeding 1.3 million fans across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Tumblr.

Launched in a public beta version in May 2012, the Network celebrated 100K registered users in December. Five months later, the users’ base reached 300K, with an average of one new user registration per minute.
The number of registered users on FindEmployment continued to increase exponentially. In September 2013 the Network saw its registered users increasing to half a million. Today the global employment platform takes pride in providing services to over 1 million registered users.

James Weaver, Director of FindEmloyment, said “FindEmployment’s impressive growth reflects our commitment to remain a dynamic employment network. Our aim is to serve as a one-stop shop that delivers the most effective employment solutions to millions of job seekers worldwide. FindEmployment keeps up with the current recruitment and technological trends and augments its services to meet the needs of an ever-demanding pool of international job hunters”.

FindEmployment Builds on its International Dimension
Acknowledging that today economic migrants are the world’s fastest-growing community (according to the United Nations Population Fund), FindEmployment ensures that it remains one of the fastest growing networks in the global recruitment industry.

A key part of the Network’s strategy is to reach as many international job seekers as possible from all continents. To achieve this goal, the Network offers more than 100 specialized sites, including a career orientated news and blogging website - CareerAddict.com, business directory, 81 individual country job boards, continental job boards and more. The Network is currently available in English, German and Spanish languages, with more languages being added in the nearest future.

Mr. Weaver stated “our competitive advantage lies in the massive range of countries our Network builds on. Today, FindEmployment is the fastest growing employment network catering for the needs of job hunters regardless of location and field of expertise”.
